The Spanish Cultural Center invites all people over 18 years old who live in Costa Rica to participate in its second microfiction contest, with the theme of the city of San José from its different perspectives. Microfictions are very short stories, of maximum 400 characters, that must express a story about the Costa Rican capital.
The three best microfictions will receive cash prizes of $200, $150 and $100, respectively. In addition, another 37 microfictions will be selected to be part of the Second Anthology of Microfictions of the Spanish Cultural Center, which will be published in digital format and displayed in an exhibition that will open on December 15 at the CCE. The jury will be made up of experts in this literary genre. Proposals must be sent by email to mediatecaccecr@gmail.com before November 20.
